Spring Properties of Barnesville, which has served real estate clients in the Lamar, Upson, Monroe, Henry, Spalding, Pike, Jasper and Butts County area since 1997, has announced an affiliation with Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty, the largest real estate organization between Interstate 20 and the Florida line.
The announcement of the new affiliation was announced by Steve Bullard, owner and president of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty, and Bill, Doug and Lisa Cherry, who had been partners in the ownership of Spring Properties. “The Bullard organization is very excited about the growth of Barnesville and the surrounding area, as well as the potential for growth by this office,” said Bullard. The new Bullard office (pictured), which is located at 222 Forsyth St. at its intersection with Lee Street, will continue to specialize in residential real estate, land, and commercial real estate in the area it serves. The office’s telephone number is 770-358-3900.
Randy Couey, who is managing broker of the Bullard organization’s Jackson/Butts County office, will also serve as managing broker of the new Barnesville/Lamar County location. Couey said that all of the Spring Properties agents will remain with the office under the new affiliation. These include Bill Cherry, former broker Ann Speakes, and Mary Montrose, all of whom will be associate brokers with Bullard; and sales associates Tim Cherry, Danny Turner, Terri Evans, Al Smith, Dalene McCallister, Bill McCallister, Mark Farmer, Judy Keadle, John Raybould, Mary Grant, and Scott Leverett.
“We are extremely pleased to be able to announce this new affiliation,” said Bullard. “From the standpoint of these fine Realtors who are joining the Bullard organization, the new tools and services that are available to them will enhance their careers, but more importantly, will benefit our clients and customers. This includes the ability to use the latest in technology available in today’s real estate industry, as well as benefit from our expansive local and national marketing programs. As for Coldwell Banker Bullard, we have a strong presence in the South and East Metro Atlanta areas, and this development will give us added presence in the Barnesville area.” The oldest and largest real estate company headquartered in the Metro South area of Atlanta, Coldwell Banker Bullard (http://cbbullard.com) has its headquarters in Jonesboro. The organization now has offices in McDonough, Jackson, Peachtree City, and Newnan, and a separate but affiliated company, Coldwell Banker American Land Mart in Conyers and McDonough. The Bullard organization earlier this year announced an affiliation with a group of agents who were previously with Century 21 Adams-Walker and who primarily serve the Pike, Upson, Lamar and Spalding County area. The Coldwell Banker Bullard organization, founded in 1956 by the late Cliff Bullard, worked out a franchise agreement with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation in early 1998 and is the largest Coldwell Banker franchise in Georgia.
