If you haven’t already registered for the Emerging Trends in Real Estate 2011 conference, you must act fast to make the Monday, Oct. 25 registration deadline. The conference, scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 27 from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the American Cancer Society Center, will provide industry professionals with key information about the Atlanta real estate market including an outlook on U.S. investment and development trends, real estate finance and capital markets, property sectors, metropolitan areas and other real estate issues.
ULI and PricewaterhouseCoopers have teamed up to provide this year’s Emerging Trends in Real Estate 2011 publication and conference that will include keynote speaker, Stephen R. Blank, Senior Resident Fellow, Finance with the Urban Land Institute. Other speakers include special guest, Leo Wells, Founder and President of Wells Real Estate Funds and a Regional Outlook: One-on-One Conversation by Doug Sams of the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
In addition to the speakers, there will be a panel discussion with industry leaders including Julian Diaz, Department of Real Estate Chair and Professor at Georgia State University; John Dewberry, CEO and Chair at Dewberry Capital; Jeffrey Warwick, Market Executive at Commercial Real Estate Bank of America Merrill Lynch; Michael McDonald, Managing Director at Eastdil Secured; and Jeff Fuqua, President of The Sembler Company.
